Booking Conditions.

By booking directly with us, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Full payment on booking.
2. Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days or failure to arrive.
3. If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival a 10% admin fee will be charged.
4. No smoking permitted inside the cottage.
5. A bond of $150 will be charged upon collection of key. This will be reimbursed within 2 days of vacating the Cottage after an inspection of the premises.
6. Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the Cottage for damage that is over the $150 bond during your stay.
7. The person who makes the booking must be included in the guests staying.
8. The Cottage is not to be sub leased to any other party.
9. No more then a maximum of 6 guests to stay at any given time.
10. Collection of the keys is available from 2pm. Any earlier times are to be pre organised and approved.
11. Vacating the premises is from 10am on the said morning. Any later then 10am and a fee of $50 per hour will be charged, unless previously organised with the management.
12. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, 50% of total is not refundable. Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less then 7 days or failure to arrive. If cancelled more then 14 days prior to arrival a 10% admin fee will be charged.
